Istanbul Streetz Vol. 4

I walk by this street art portrait of Fatih Sultan Mehmet, the Ottoman sultan that conquered Constantinople, just about every day. It’s usually blocked by a parked car- but thanks to some construction in the neighborhood I finally got a chance to photograph it yesterday.

It’s certainly the most artistic display of nationalism I’ve seen in the city.
