Madcap V60 video

Hario V60 from Hybrid Media Co. on Vimeo.
The Hario V60 is my favorite way to brew coffee. It makes an incredibly clean cup that really brings out the complexities of the coffee (provided you’re brewing good coffee of course!).

There’s a lot of instructional videos floating around the internet, but Madcap Coffee in Grand Rapids, Michigan just released a new one that’s pretty baller.  I’ve heard a lot of people talk about the benefits of stirring, and after some initial experiments with Madcap’s technique I think I’m convinced.

Thanks for the advice guys!

About mjbutterworth

I love drinking/making coffee, making/listening to music, riding bicycles, and reading about theology. I also like blogs that talk about those things. Most of all, I love Jesus because his gospel has changed my life.
