Peregrines

Our connection in D.C. was delayed for a couple of hours, so Julie and I jumped on the metro to Eastern Market to grab some coffee at Peregrine Espresso, one of my favorite shops in America. The Apollo Espresso (currently the El Gavilan) was tasting great, very bright and sweet with a tart finish. And as always the service was both friendly and informative- such a rare combination in the States. It’s good to know that someone can do great coffee and be nice about it.

About mjbutterworth

I love drinking/making coffee, making/listening to music, riding bicycles, and reading about theology. I also like blogs that talk about those things. Most of all, I love Jesus because his gospel has changed my life.
